• Driver information: driver profiles, questionnaire responses, availability, and rate preferences.
• Operational data: loads, rates, dispatch fees, negotiation records, and settlement/payment history.
• Account & usage data: login credentials (passwords are stored encrypted by our authentication provider), messages sent through the portal, and activity within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and verify your operating authority.
• Provide dispatch services, match and book loads, and calculate rates and fees.
• Communicate with you through the portal's messaging system, email, and phone.
• Track documents, flag expirations, and maintain compliance records.

• Improve and operate the platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services, including:

• With brokers, shippers, and load sources when booking loads on your behalf (e.g., your MC/DOT, equipment, and contact details).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard hosting and security practices, including encrypted passwords and access controls that limit data visibility (carriers can access only their own data). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain carrier and operational records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain by law.
